CHIRP – Ridgefield’s Outdoor Music Series

I am constantly impressed with the artists that little ol’ Ridgefield is able to attract to their summer music series at Ballard Park. The series is known as CHIRP and boy does it sing. Performances start at 7pm. Grab a picnic dinner and some blankets and head on over there.

Here is the schedule for the next two weeks:

TUES 14th  MILTON – A lively, rootsy band of musicians known for their soul-stirring
performances and led by Milton, a troubadour with a most distinctive voice.

TUES 21st  METROPOLITAN KLEZMER – Inspired interpretations and originals around a
panorama of eclectic Yiddish repertoire, with musical influences ranging from Eastern
European to Zydeco, jazz, Latin, funk etc.e
